How can I obtain a receipt?

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after an order is placed through Reuters.com or Uk.reuters.com. This will be your receipt, so please ensure you keep it for your records. Sometimes spam filters can prevent this from arriving in your Inbox, so make sure you check your spam folder and add the following to your safe senders list:

ecommerce@reuters.com
ecommerce@reuters.co.uk

Please note: A confirmation can only be generated one time. If you don't have a receipt and require one for your records, we advise you to print details found in the Purchase History section of your profile. To view your Purchase History, please log on to your account:
