I get an error when I try to download my report, how can I troubleshoot?

The majority of our research reports are delivered in PDF format. To view these files, Adobe Acrobat Reader is required. Your report will open in a new window when you click 'download'. Some PDF documents are coded slightly differently which some browser plugins have a hard time understanding. As a result, it is possible you may experience the following errors: 'Unable to Download Document', 'Access to this document has been denied', Adobe Reader error 'File does not begin with %PDF-'
To fix this problem, please try saving the file on your computer by right clicking on the 'download' button and Save Target As..., then try opening the file from the directory it was saved in. Adobe Acrobat should be able to parse the file with no problem.
If these steps fail to solve the problem, please contact Customer Support - please include as many details as possible: issue description, relevant URL, screenshot, etc.
