If you are currently subscribed to one or more of the Reuters Email Newsletters, and recently noticed you have not been receiving them, we advice you to check your Spam folder. Sometimes Spam filters can prevent these messages from arriving in your inbox.

NOTE: Please add mail@nl.reuters.com or mail@nl.reuters.co.uk to your address book. To learn more please click here.

Please ensure you add the following addresses to your safe senders list:

newsmail@reuters.us.ed10.net

newsmail@reuters.uk.ed10.net

InvestorUpdate@reuters.us.ed10.net

InvestorUpdate@reuters.uk.ed10.net

ecommerce@reuters.com

ecommerce@reuters.co.uk

To troubleshoot, please logon to access your Account and follow these steps:

Reuters.com accounts click here.
uk.reuters.com accounts click here.

Go to My Profile > Email Subscriptions > de-select all the publications you are currently subscribed to and click on 'submit changes' > re-subscribe by placing a checkmark next to the publication(s) you wish to continue receiving and click on 'submit changes'. This will allow to push a command in the system and reset the service. You should be able to start receiving Reuters newsletters within 2-3 business days.

If this fails to resolve the issue, please contact customer support.
