How can I change my email address and username on my Reuters.com / uk.reuters.com account?

For security reasons, Reuters will require you to logon to your Account and edit your profile. Within your profile there will be an option to change your email address and upon saving your changes, the email address will be updated on our records.

uk.reuters.com members click here.

Go to My Profile > Enter your new email address in the Email Address field > click 'Submit Changes' > You should receive a confirmation page stating 'Your changes have been saved successfully'. Please allow at least 24 hours for the changes to fully process.

Note: Please ensure your new email address is spelled correctly before you click the 'Submit Changes' button on the Contact Information page. Once you submit the changes, your new email address will also become your account Username. It applies to the entire Reuters.com or uk.reuters.com website, including online services such as Analyst Research Reports, Reuters Investment Profile subscriptions, Newsletters, the Portfolio tool.
